We provide full sets of bed linens and towels for your guests at each service.
Linens and towels are fine hotel quality and in good condition. Any items that become stained, damaged or worn are replaced. We source our linens from a local distributor who supplies many hotels and property management companies with their linens.
You never have to purchase the initial linen sets or ship us replacement linens. Or be asked whether an item should be removed from service due to damage, or do a linen inventory.
All linens are white, and and are 100% cotton or a high cotton blend. They are properly washed and sanitized before each service using commercial equipment by the two professional laundries we contract with.

Why a linen pool, shouldn’t owners have their own linens?
Have you ever stayed at a hotel that had anything other than white bed linens and towels?
No, right?
There’s a good reason for that. For laundry to be properly sanitized, the water temperature must be at least 140 degrees. Below that temperature, bacteria, viruses and fungi may survive the process and those nasties will come back into your property and into contact with your next guests. After a checkout, we see often bed linens and towels contaminated with food, beverages, soil, and bodily fluids. Would you want yourself and your family to stay in a place with linens that were not properly sanitized?
But colored linens and towels cannot be washed at a high enough temperature to sanitize them and cannot have chlorine bleach ( a very effective germ killer) added to the wash mix. Severe bleeding of the color will result. Also the inexpensive fully synthetic bed linens that are widely used will degrade quickly with commercial machine washing. Good quality linens will not- they withstand sanitizing washes well.
Are you aware that many condo cleaners do the laundry in the condo while they are working, or take them to someone else’s vacant condo where they use that owner’s machine to wash laundry from multiple condos? Or take your linens to their home to wash them?
Not only are your linens not being sanitized, they are being cross contaminated. And left stained and dingy.

Our linens are put into laundry bags and brought to our climate controlled laundry storage. They are then picked up by our laundry services and taken to their facilities, where they are laundered in commercial machines.
